












The project is developed for a location in central Sofia. The building consists of two floors Office space and three Residential floors with 9 apartments in total. The roof of the building is left as a common space for the inhabitants, with the option to be 100% transformed into a green roof.

The visualization displays the Roof terrace of the building. The green rectangles represent a partially applied green roof system, covering just a fraction of the roof area. The roof is designed in a way, that allows a different in depth green roof systems application, thin layer - for grass only, or thicker layer - for taller vegetation.

The main parking capacity of the building is concentrated in the underground level, with 11 lots.

On the right part of the plan are placed the three garages for the three offices in the building. Every garage is for two vehicles - a compromise solution for achieving the required parking capacity. A door leads directly to the entrance area, where is placed staircase for the upper floor offices. On the other side of the passage, right on the plan, is the ground level office.

The separate staircase leads only to the first level, where the second and the third offices are placed - one on the left and one on the right.

The plans for the residential part are similar, even though the building changes it's shape in the next two floors. There are three apartments on every level - one on the right and two on the left side of the staircase.
